PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Radosław Paulewicz is the founder of the Office of Commercial Law. He combines the competences of a lawyer, licensed restructuring adviser and trustee. He gained experience in providing legal services to companies in cooperation with tax advisers, business consultants, bailiffs and by defending clients in courts. All that enables him to find the optimal solutions to legal, organizational and financial problems of companies.
EXPERIENCE
Radosław Paulewicz is an expert in civil law, commercial law and insolvency and restructuring law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed judicial pupilage. He gained experience in the field of civil law as a judicial assistant in the District Court and Court of Appeal in Katowice.
For 4 years he handled one of the biggest capital groups in Silesia as an in-house lawyer. He participated in several major transactions related to mergers and acquisitions of companies associated with the capital market.
For more than two years he provided legal services to clients of GLC Katowice, one of the first legal and tax firms in Silesia. For several years, he has been specialiing in limited partnerships and legal consultancy for companies in a crisis. He runs legal conversion processes of companies, restructuring processes of enterprises and bankruptcy processes of companies and individuals.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Radosław Paulewicz oversaw the complicated transaction of sale of the company Ryfama SA from Grupa Gwarant to GRUPA Kopex. He watched over the entire process with regard to legal requirements.
He successfully conducted restructuring of the lease liability of a large company from Silesia in two large banks for a total value of 18 million zlotys .
He prepared and oversaw the sale transaction of the shares of Express Media company in Bydgoszcz.
He prepared and supervised the sale transaction of shares of Technogas company in Ruda Slaska to SIAD CZECH SPOL S.R.O.
